Assurance of Support

When I talk with prospective customers to decide whether we can help whatever challenge they face, my goal is to provide the following: 
1) an initial consultation,
2) awareness of how we can help now and over the long term,
3) a plan for training, 
4) an assurance of our support before and after we do business

Regarding that last item -- assurance of support -- can you please help me understand what assurance of support means to you?
